Create a post or Short

Tap + at the top of Home.

• Post: pick photos or videos, then add a caption, a place and people to tag.
• Short: a short vertical video. Record with the camera or pick a video, then add a sound or text. Any sound playing in Shorts can be reused with Use this sound.
• Article: long-form writing with headings and images.

Before you share, choose who can see it (Everyone, Friends only or Only me). Change the default for new posts in Settings → Create & camera. Posts that are ads, paid work or gifted products need a PR label.
