What is Drop?

A Drop is a short line of text you send out to friends. Where a NOW shows a photo or video, a Drop is words only.

• Friends' Drops appear at the top of Messages (you can turn this off in Settings).
• Tap New Drop to write and send one.
• Some screens, such as your recap, also offer Share as Drop.
