Sign in with a passkey

With a passkey you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint — no email or password to type. It's safer than a password and can't be stolen by other sites.

1. Go to Settings → Account & login → Passkeys.
2. Tap Add a passkey and confirm with your face, fingerprint or screen lock.
3. Next time, just tap Sign in with a passkey on the sign-in screen.

A passkey is saved on the device, or in its password manager (such as iCloud Keychain). You can remove passkeys for devices you no longer use from the same screen.
