Apply for Official Support

Apply from Settings → Help, terms & about → Apply for Official Support.

1. First set up two-factor authentication or a passkey.
2. Choose the country (Japan or Indonesia) and kind of business, and enter its details.
3. The review checks that the business is real, that you may speak for it, that the account is secured, and that it will answer customers.
4. Finance, medical, legal, tickets and children's businesses also need a licence check and a second reviewer.

If you're not approved, you can apply once more.
