Ask for an age check

CrowOn is for people 13 and older. If an under-13 birthday is entered during sign-up, that device can't be used to sign up.

If you entered the wrong birthday by mistake, you can unlock it by confirming your age with an ID.

1. Tap Ask for an age check on the screen you see.
2. Enter the name you gave at the start of sign-up, your email and your correct date of birth.
3. Take a photo of an ID such as a passport, national ID card or student ID, and send it.
4. Our team checks that the name matches and that you're 13 or older. Once approved, you can continue signing up on that device.
